About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Fòs Feminista’s policy research and evidence agenda
Oversee the development and execution of multi-year and annual research priorities
Support collaboration with Alliance partners to develop transnational technical and policy research
Research, write, analyse, and support the supervision of Fòs Feminista research outputs
Lead the dissemination of advocacy knowledge and evidence through various platforms
Provide technical input into the creation of knowledge products
Maintain and curate a centralized database of policy research resources
Coordinate the tracking and reporting on the reach and impact of Fòs Feminista’s policy research
Serve as the focal point for the Centre for Evidence-Based Advocacy
Support program strategic development aligned with advocacy goals
Supervise and provide strategic guidance to advocacy teams
Support donor relationship management and strategic engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master’s degree in public health/public policy
minimum of 7+ years’ experience in public policy analysis
Demonstrated track record of working effectively with Diplomatic experience
Knowledge about the Multi-lateral spaces including the United Nations
Fluency in English is a must
Proficiency in Arabic, French, Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages is highly desirable
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated and strong skills in policy analysis and independent thinking
Ability to organize work, set priorities, manage competing demands, and maintain a positive attitude
Broad working knowledge of and commitment to women’s and LGBTQI+ rights, social justice, HIV and AIDS, non-discrimination, and human rights
