Key responsibilities & impact

You advise clients as an equal partner, building trust-based relationships and implementing measures effectively and efficiently
You are responsible for entire projects, from the pitch to project completion, and act as the central contact for your team and the client
You conduct in-depth analyses while keeping the big picture in mind to draw the right conclusions together with clients
You communicate and contextualize your messages appropriately for different audiences
You embody an entrepreneurial mindset by helping grow our business and taking responsibility for project profitability within the project context

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of relevant professional experience at a leading consulting firm or in another high-performance environment
Interest in the healthcare sector or technology strategy is essential; prior experience is an advantage
Master's degree completed or additional professional experience beyond a bachelor's degree
Proven entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated by successfully implementing your own ideas and leading teams with empathy
Ability to think analytically and creatively while using a structured approach to develop results
High standards for quality and an eye for detail to deliver top-tier results that create value for clients
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills and an understanding of different target audiences
Business-fluent German and English
