Key responsibilities & impact

You will become the primary point of contact for your clients across a variety of project environments by delivering work effectively and efficiently.
You are responsible for complete work packages, deriving the approach and deliverables from project and client requirements.
Your deliverables are grounded in meaningful analysis by logically combining research, data, and network insights.
You communicate findings tailored to the audience, enabling your clients to properly contextualize project results for decision-making.
You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities for your clients and for Forward itself, and driving them to success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of relevant professional experience at a leading consulting firm or in another high-performance environment.
Interest in the healthcare sector or technology strategy is essential; prior experience is an advantage.
Completed master’s degree, or equivalent additional professional experience beyond a bachelor’s degree.
Proven entrepreneurial mindset demonstrated through the successful implementation of your own initiatives.
Ability to think analytically and creatively, with a structured approach to producing results.
Meticulous attention to detail and quality to deliver first-class results that provide value to clients.
Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Business-fluent proficiency in German and English.
