About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead international tax advisory engagements for inbound and outbound investments
- Advise clients on cross‑border structuring, holding structures, and tax‑efficient supply chains
- Advise clients on tax optimization as well as tax incentive regimes that may be beneficial to the clients
- Provide technical guidance on BEPS, Pillar Two, transfer pricing alignment and tax treaties
- Handling personal wealth and estate tax planning for family offices
- Support M&A transactions, reorganizations, and post‑deal integrations from a tax perspective
- Review and oversee international tax compliance to ensure advisory‑led, risk‑aware outcomes
- Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor rather than a compliance provider
- Collaborate with global Forvis Mazars teams to deliver seamless global tax solutions
- Coach, develop, and review work of senior associates and consultants
- Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and business development initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or Law
- CPA, CTA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- 7–10 years of international tax experience, ideally from Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firms
- Strong technical knowledge of Thai tax, international tax, transfer pricing, BEPS, and tax treaties
- Proven experience managing multiple advisory engagements and complex client issues
- Confident English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership mindset with experience coaching high‑performing teams
