About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the tax team with preparing and reviewing filings, ensuring compliance, and supporting clients with their tax obligations while developing your technical expertise in tax accounting.
- Bookkeeping and account reconciliations
- Preparation of tax declarations
- Liaising with Tax authorities, intermediaries (being banks, lawyers or financial advisors, auditors), and colleagues
- Maintaining an up-to-date technical knowledge of business tax matters.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BSc in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field (MSc will be considered an asset)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an audit or accounting firm
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team player with strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop
