About the role
- Collaborate with the client to understand event themes, objectives, and requirements.
- Develop detailed 3D event concepts, including layouts, stage designs, decor, lighting, and overall ambiance.
- Ensure designs are innovative yet feasible, considering space, budget, and logistical constraints.
- Iterate and refine designs based on client feedback to meet and exceed expectations.
- Stay informed on industry trends to integrate the latest design techniques and tools into your work.
- Deliver high-quality concepts within project timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Concept 3D Designer, ideally with a focus on event design.
- Proficiency in 3D design software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create compelling event concepts from themes provided by clients.
- Exceptional creativity, with a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of event design principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively within given constraints.
- Experience in virtual event design is a plus.
