About the role
- Drive the development and evolution of Fortum’s hedging products
- Act as a subject-matter expert in complex customer cases
- Ensure sales teams have up-to-date product knowledge
- Manage the full product lifecycle
- Participate in customer projects to ensure offering–customer fit
- Deliver product trainings to internal sales teams
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder networks
Requirements
- A couple of years relevant work experience
- A suitable academic degree (not limited to business or engineering)
- An understanding of Nordic energy markets
- Preferably knowledge of Fortum’s hedging offering (incl. bankability and ESG)
- Natural ability to explain complex concepts
- Create high-quality documentation to relevant stakeholders
- Experience from product development, customer-facing work, or energy-related commercial environments is considered to your advantage
- Must be fluent in English; advantage if also know Finnish and/or Swedish.
