About the role

  • Drive the development and evolution of Fortum’s hedging products
  • Act as a subject-matter expert in complex customer cases
  • Ensure sales teams have up-to-date product knowledge
  • Manage the full product lifecycle
  • Participate in customer projects to ensure offering–customer fit
  • Deliver product trainings to internal sales teams
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder networks

Requirements

  • A couple of years relevant work experience
  • A suitable academic degree (not limited to business or engineering)
  • An understanding of Nordic energy markets
  • Preferably knowledge of Fortum’s hedging offering (incl. bankability and ESG)
  • Natural ability to explain complex concepts
  • Create high-quality documentation to relevant stakeholders
  • Experience from product development, customer-facing work, or energy-related commercial environments is considered to your advantage
  • Must be fluent in English; advantage if also know Finnish and/or Swedish.
