About the role

  • Assist internal and external stakeholders with procurement processes and tools
  • Help create and update clear instructions for users; provide basic guidance and support
  • Ensure accuracy of supplier master data and procurement documentation
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives under team guidance
  • Support end-user service channels, including ticketing system and scheduling tools

Requirements

  • No prior experience required; internships in supply chain, procurement, or related fields are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar
  • Fluent in English and Polish (written and verbal); Finnish or Swedish is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities
  • Service-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn
  • Basic understanding of procurement or Source-to-Pay processes is helpful; familiarity with SAP Ariba is an asset
  • Interest in using digital tools or AI to improve efficiency
