About the role

  • Support internal and external stakeholders in procurement processes and dedicated tools.
  • Deliver user training and provide ongoing support on processes and tools; create and update clear instructions.
  • Maintain the highest quality of supplier master data and procurement documentation.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage end-user service channels, including ticketing system, hotline, and Bookings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a supply chain environment, ideally within an SSC or global operations setting.
  • At least bachelor’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken); Finnish or Swedish is considered as a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities, accuracy in documentation handling and strong communication skills.
  • Service oriented, collaborative and solution driven mindset with hands on stakeholder support experience.
  • Familiarity with Source-to-Pay processes (Knowledge of SAP ARIBA is an asset).
  • Experience in using AI tools to optimize everyday tasks and improve efficiency.
