About the role
- Conduct secondary and primary research on various topics related to innovation, such as market trends, customer needs, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
- Analyse and synthesize research findings into clear and compelling reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Support the ideation, prototyping, and testing of new products, services, and business models using design thinking methods and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver innovation projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our innovation processes and capabilities
Requirements
- A passion for innovation and a curiosity to learn new things
- At least second year student in the field of economics, production economy, design, or a related discipline
- A good understanding of design thinking methods and tools, such as empathy mapping, customer journey mapping, brainstorming, prototyping, and testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple and engaging way
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
