About the role

  • Provide analytical support to the Procurement and S2P (Source-to-Pay) communities
  • Maintain accurate procurement data, prepare reports, and monitor compliance to ensure reliable information for daily operations
  • Maintain and validate procurement data for accuracy and compliance
  • Prepare standard reports and dashboards for procurement and S2P
  • Monitor performance and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support reporting platforms and tools
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, IT, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth data flow and effective communication

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or procurement analytics
  • Proficiency in analytical and procurement systems, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of procurement processes and compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and problem-solving mindset
  • Very good English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with IT solutions such as Excel, Sievo, Qliksense, SAP, Basware, ServiceNow, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Forms
