About the role

  • Lead end-to-end service design processes
  • Own and refine user testing approaches
  • Identify pain points and opportunities in existing services
  • Work closely with product managers, UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders
  • Validate hypotheses with real customer insights
  • Design and test service prototypes
  • Translate business objectives into actionable service design initiatives
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder alignment activities
  • Mentor and support colleagues to promote best practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in service design, UX design, or business design
  • Proven track record in service design for digital consumer products
  • Strong expertise in user research, design leadership, business design, service design methodologies, and facilitation techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent skills in English.
  • Fluency in Finnish will be considered a plus.
