About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Market bench consultants across the US IT staffing market
- Build and maintain relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and staffing agencies
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants based on technologies and experience
- Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews, submissions, follow-ups, and onboarding processes
- Maintain daily tracking of submissions, interviews, and placements
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure consultants are marketed aggressively through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks
- Manage end-to-end bench sales lifecycle from sourcing opportunities to successful placement
- Maintain updated consultant profiles, resumes, and availability status
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven experience in US Bench Sales / US IT Staffing
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing process
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Strong network of vendors and implementation partners in the USA market
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of visa types including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and USC
- Experience working with technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
