About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and coordinate industrial projects in collaboration with technical, production, and quality teams
  • Participate in the industrialization of new products or new manufacturing processes
  • Define and optimize industrial processes to improve operational performance
  • Analyze production flows and manufacturing methods to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, problem solving, process optimization)
  • Support suppliers in improving their industrial performance
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose appropriate action plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in industrial project management, industrialization, methods engineering, or performance improvement
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial constraints
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and propose appropriate solutions
  • Comfortable communicating with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers
  • Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability.
