About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate industrial projects in collaboration with technical, production, and quality teams
Participate in the industrialization of new products or new manufacturing processes
Define and optimize industrial processes to improve operational performance
Analyze production flows and manufacturing methods to identify improvement opportunities
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, problem solving, process optimization)
Support suppliers in improving their industrial performance
Monitor performance indicators and propose appropriate action plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Experience in industrial project management, industrialization, methods engineering, or performance improvement
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial constraints
Ability to analyze complex issues and propose appropriate solutions
Comfortable communicating with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers
Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability.
