About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and coordinate industrial projects in collaboration with technical, production, and quality teams
- Participate in the industrialization of new products or new manufacturing processes
- Define and optimize industrial processes to improve operational performance
- Analyze production flows and manufacturing methods to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, problem solving, process optimization)
- Support suppliers in improving their industrial performance
- Monitor performance indicators and propose appropriate action plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Experience in industrial project management, industrialization, methods engineering, or performance improvement
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial constraints
- Ability to analyze complex issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Comfortable communicating with multidisciplinary teams and suppliers
- Autonomy, rigor, and adaptability.
