About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent client and internal engagements, establishing project structures, driving execution, and holding teams accountable to defined scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary client interface for day-to-day project matters — building strong relationships, setting clear expectations, surfacing risks proactively, and maintaining the trust that keeps engagements healthy and clients coming back.
- Manage project budgets with rigor , tracking actuals against forecasts, identifying variances early, and making sound decisions to protect margin without compromising delivery quality.
- Develop and maintain project plans , including milestones, resource assignments, and critical path dependencies — keeping all stakeholders aligned and giving leadership clear visibility into portfolio health.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams , often including consultants, analysts, and subject matter experts who may span multiple projects; you'll remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and create the conditions for your teams to do their best work.
- Drive project governance and reporting , including status updates, steering committee materials, and escalation protocols — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and decision-makers always have what they need.
- Identify and manage risk , maintaining proactive issue logs, facilitating mitigation planning, and escalating appropriately when client or project conditions require it.
- Champion quality assurance across deliverables, reviewing outputs against scope requirements and client expectations before anything goes out the door.
- Contribute to continuous improvement , capturing lessons learned across engagements and helping evolve our internal delivery practices, templates, and standards.
