Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
Consult with hiring managers, create inclusive job postings, source diverse talent pools
Manage structured interviews, handle offer negotiations
Lead searches up to the Senior level
Provide essential proactive support to the People Director and CPO
Define and continuously build an incredible Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Manage the complex logistics of interview scheduling across multiple time zones
Ensure rigorous IR35 checks and compliance
Champion best practices in inclusive recruitment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a recruiter in a lean team
Strong experience partnering with, advising, and influencing hiring managers and leadership
Exceptional accountability and drive
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
GDPR principles for candidate data
Super organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns
