About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic change lead for impactful AI adoption across the business
Drive the transition from basic productivity tools to AI-native architectures
Design AI-enabled workflows that unlock measurable ROI
Facilitate the design of AI solutions with necessary stakeholders
Lead monthly AI Change Readiness meetings and maintain project roadmaps
Establish robust deployment frameworks and change management principles
Collaborate with the Technology team to ensure AI solutions align with broader Data and Cloud architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven, hands-on experience with the GenAI landscape (LLMs, RAG, Agentic workflows)
A solid working knowledge of Data Engineering and Cloud Computing
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem, specifically Vertex AI, BigQuery, and integrating AI into Google Workspace using Apps Script and AppSheet is a bonus
Exceptional facilitation and change management skills
Strong communicator who can collaborate with data engineers and commercial directors
Experience driving AI-enabled change
Capability to distill technical concepts into accessible terms for non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable with workflow assessment, evaluating business processes for AI readiness,
Strong understanding of data quality, structure, and governance impact on performance
Passion for technology's positive impact and advocacy for change
