About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
Collaborate with new clients during onboarding to ensure smooth implementation, platform setup, and tailored integrations.
Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python, Zapier, Make.com, and HubSpot.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, communicating solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work with Product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback, improve user adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Advocate for customer needs in internal meetings and product updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field.
Some hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles.
Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
Experience with SQL or a similar database tool.
Experience or exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization platforms is a plus.
Experience with HubSpot, GTM automation tools, and AI-driven outreach platforms.
Background in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or construction and infrastructure software.
