About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns
Support the SEM team with analyses and reporting
Ensure campaigns deliver positive ROI and achieve desired results
Manage multiple paid search accounts across existing and new categories
Monitor bidding strategies, targeting settings, budgets, search terms, and account metrics
Create large keyword lists and implement creative copy suggestions
Define campaign budgets and align campaign goals with best-practice principles
Recommend and execute strategies for keyword, targeting, campaign structure, DSA, and Pmax opportunities
Monitor search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and recommend performance optimizations
Collaborate with Sales, Data, Product, and other business stakeholders
Report to the SEM Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in performance marketing, creating, managing, and executing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing Ads
Proficiency in MS Excel and data manipulation
Strong analytical skills
Proven ability to achieve targets, results, ROI, and revenue impact
Detailed knowledge of PPC best approaches, principles, and standards
Understanding of PPC within broader digital marketing
Proficiency in managing moderate to large-scale paid search accounts
Skills in campaign performance analysis and digital traffic metrics
Experience using SEMrush and Google Search Console to analyze and audit performance
Proven experience using smart bidding strategies including tROAS, tCPA, maximize conversions, and maximize conversion value
Ability to think creatively and strategically and develop innovative paid search strategies
Ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
Strong relationship-building skills
Google/Bing Ads certification is a plus
