About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels
- Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates in Braze
- Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated
- QA campaigns end-to-end, checking content, links, segments, and rendering
- Produce and adapt campaign copy with internal teams
- Build campaign visuals in the customer engagement platform with the Design team
- Maintain consistent, high-quality creative across campaigns
- Support the CRM Manager in executing lifecycle strategy for assigned verticals
- Contribute campaign recommendations to grow lifetime value, upsell, and cross-sell
- Help build and run the test-and-learn roadmap
- Pull campaign reporting from the customer engagement platform and Tableau
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and share results, learnings, and performance updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines
- Self-starter and clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
- Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Braze or an equivalent customer engagement platform
