Key responsibilities & impact

Build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other channels
Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates in Braze
Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated
QA campaigns end-to-end, checking content, links, segments, and rendering
Produce and adapt campaign copy with internal teams
Build campaign visuals in partnership with the Design team
Support the CRM Manager in executing lifecycle strategy across assigned verticals
Contribute campaign recommendations to grow lifetime value, upsell, and cross-sell
Help build and run the test-and-learn roadmap
Pull campaign reporting from the customer engagement platform and Tableau
Track campaign performance against KPIs and flag results and learnings
Share updates on tests and week-on-week/month-on-month performance changes
Collaborate with Product, Data, Design, Commercial, and wider CRM teams
Report to the Senior CRM Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on experience working directly in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines
Self-starter and clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools
Hands-on experience with Braze or an equivalent customer engagement platform is nice to have
