About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a translator between technical teams, policy experts, state administrators, and federal stakeholders

- Manage and oversee state Medicaid partner support channels

- Identify operational trends and escalate issues to leadership or internal partners when appropriate
- Coordinate with federal partners to keep cross-agency efforts aligned
- Advocate for Medicaid program needs by translating state-level administration insights to product and engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of experience working in or with Medicaid programs at the state or federal level
- Humble and caring attitude aligned with For People’s values
- Natural ability to identify efficiency and build scalable processes
- Collaborative and highly diplomatic approach to complex stakeholder dynamics
- Excellent writing and speaking abilities
- Must perform all work physically within the United States
- Must be a United States citizen
- Must be able to pass a federal public trust background check
