Key responsibilities & impact

Translate conceptual wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity, pixel-perfect visual designs for desktop and mobile web platforms
Build, maintain, and scale our cloud-based UI component library and design system in Figma to ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
Create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to effectively demonstrate micro-interactions, animations, and user journeys to stakeholders
Collaborate asynchronously with front-end developers to deliver assets, inspect code implementation, and ensure design integrity during launch
Conduct visual QA testing across multiple browsers and devices to identify and log layout bugs or alignment inconsistencies
Participate in design reviews, presenting your work and incorporating feedback from creative directors and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS constraints to ensure designs can be realistically built by developers
Exceptional eye for minimalist, luxury visual aesthetics, whitespace, and layout hierarchy
High level of self-motivation and the ability to manage design timelines independently in a remote work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
