About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will contact event venues identified together with us, such as clubs, discotheques, art houses, opera houses, and similar.
We provide standard texts, a professional presentation, and your own Live Peace email address.
You coordinate follow-ups.
You assist with meeting preparations (we conduct video calls together).
You keep deadlines and status updates in view.
You coordinate the onboarding of event venues (emails, etc.).
You are part of a clearly structured project plan with defined phases, milestones and KPIs, and support the development of an international network.
