About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will contribute to the heart of our project: the 100 events worldwide
- You will contact event venues we identify together, such as clubs, discos, art venues, opera houses, etc. We provide standard texts, a professional presentation and your own Live Peace email address
- Coordinate follow-ups
- Support meeting preparations (we conduct video calls together)
- Keep track of deadlines and status
- Coordinate the onboarding of event venues (emails, etc.)
- You will be part of a clearly structured project plan with defined phases, milestones and KPIs, and support the development of an international network.

What you’ll need- You are reliable and eager to contribute to something meaningful
- You work in a structured, independent way and in close coordination with the team
- You are interested in international projects
- Good command of English
