Founder Associate – Next‑Gen Precision Manufacturing Venture

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with the founders across all core areas: acquisitions, operations, strategy, and scaling
- Analyze a potential acquisition and prepare meetings with entrepreneurial families
- Develop a financial model or structure the deal process
- Collaborate with production managers on topics such as automation, efficiency, or operational control directly on the shop floor
- Switch between strategy and hands‑on execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in industry, manufacturing, and technological transformation
- Understanding of production processes, automation, or industrial value creation
- High degree of ownership and a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach
- Ability to switch between operational detail and strategic thinking
- Very strong analytical skills
- Fluent German and very good English
- Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week within Germany
- Experience in environments that demand high speed, personal responsibility, and analytical excellence (e.g., consulting, investing, industry, or company building)
