Key responsibilities & impact

Build the operational and technological DNA of a group of companies
Define the operating model for modern precision manufacturing
Identify and implement production improvement opportunities
Develop standards for all sites and validate them in real-world conditions
Lead and develop an operations team
Report to the managing directors and operations managers of the portfolio companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in a CNC environment
Proven hands-on responsibility for designing and optimizing production processes
Digitally native in operations
Hands-on experience with: production planning and control systems (PPS/MES), CAD/CAM & production planning (work preparation), shopfloor digitization & machine integration, automation of small and micro series
Mindset: entrepreneurial with a detail-oriented approach
Credible change agent who can build trust and inspire
