Key responsibilities & impact

Build the operational and technological DNA of a corporate group from the ground up
Define modern precision manufacturing and design the operating model
Identify improvement opportunities and make them measurable
Develop standards for all sites
Lead the operations team and develop people to drive change
Act as a strategic sparring partner for managing directors and plant managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in CNC environments
Genuine operational responsibility in production processes
Digital proficiency in operations
Hands-on experience with production planning and control systems (PPS/MES)
Experience in CAD/CAM and work preparation
Knowledge of shopfloor digitization and machine integration
Automation experience for small-series and micro-series production
Experienced operations or production manager in manufacturing, or a comparable role
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in strategic advisory
