About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners
Source and onboard high-quality vendors across 12+ countries (labs, equipment providers, energy services, etc.)
Conduct vetting and support approval workflows for clients and partners
Identify ecosystem gaps and proactively source new providers
Support day-to-day management of the Ecosystem Marketplace
Monitor and manage account lifecycle stages: Sign-up → Pending → Approved → Active
Ensure all users meet the vetting and approval standards
Maintain structured records of all marketplace activity
Build clear, intuitive dashboards and reporting systems
Design structured, user-friendly interfaces within tools like Airtable

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical background (product, engineering, or systems-focused) with 2–4 years of experience
Proven experience building and scaling marketplace or platform products end-to-end
Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, data models, and workflow architecture
Experience with no-code/low-code tools, especially Airtable, Sharetable and Zapier
Great presentation skills with Canva, Google Slides or PowerPoint
Experience with CRM systems, automation, and pipeline management
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to turn unstructured processes into scalable, structured systems
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Strong ownership, follow-through, and execution discipline.
