About the role
- Drive new client acquisition through your network in the NYC tech recruiting ecosystem, building relationships with VCs, talent partners, and portfolio companies
- Own the complete client lifecycle from prospecting through renewals - manage the full sales cycle, then handle ongoing account management, Match Day collaboration, and strategic relationship expansion
- Represent Fonzi at 2+ NYC events monthly - show up, set up, facilitate, and work the room at our hosted industry events
- Build scalable sales processes from scratch while working closely and cross-functionally with Marketing, Recruiting, and Engineering teams to improve our product as we figure out what works in this early-stage environment
Requirements
- Strong existing network in the NYC tech recruiting ecosystem
- Deep understanding of recruiting processes, pain points, and account management best practices
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships through the full lifecycle from prospecting to renewals
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, ambiguous environment with minimal structure
- Self-directed with ability to develop sales processes from scratch
- Experience representing a company at industry events
