About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Completes sample activities for outbound orders
Replies to the Sales Customer Service team in a timely manner
Completes daily sample warehouse bin replenishments
Completes daily assigned cycle counts
Transfers all inspected inventory to its corresponding bin in the Sample Warehouse daily or as needed
Assists Sample Sr. Specialist with bar code printing or product inspection
Assists Sample Sr. Specialist in returning unused items to their assigned bins and completes the transfer in SAP
Receives sample inventory from factories and stocks them in assigned bins
Assists Pickers in locating products in the Sample Warehouse
Communicates to Managers when there are high instances of products that do not meet minimum standards for the Sample Warehouse
Repacks and processes production orders to convert into -SPL
Maintains a clean and safe work environment in the assigned aisle or areas
Assists with container offloading and any other warehouse duties
Performs other duties as assigned
Contributes to department teamwork by demonstrating strong time and attendance records, especially during month-end
Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
Actively participates in all one-on-one and group meetings
Promotes FOH® Culture in all interactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in warehouse, QC or related environment
Experience with Warehouse Management System, SAP B1, and handheld devices
Must be able to tolerate working in a high-heat environment
Basic understanding of computer programs
Familiar with WMS, SAP Business One
