About the role
- Run live product demos for prospects, partners, and early users
- Execute outreach across email/LinkedIn/warm introductions, and manage consistent follow-ups
- Maintain relationships with prospects and early customers through structured check-ins, updates, and next steps
- Collect customer feedback after demos and trials, summarize insights, and translate them into clear product requests
- Refine sales and marketing materials
- Support onboarding and light implementation coordination
- Track pipeline status and progress using CRM or internal tools
- Improve go-to-market workflows and outreach methodology
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in growth, B2B marketing, sales enablement, business development, customer success, or partnerships
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable leading customer-facing calls and running demos
- Highly organized and reliable with follow-ups, tracking, and task execution
- Interested in AI products and willing to learn basic prompting concepts and best practices
- Experience in early-stage SaaS or bringing a new product to market (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity tools (Notion, Airtable) (Nice-to-Have)
- Basic understanding of LLM workflows (prompting, hallucinations, evaluation, privacy/security basics) (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience producing content for growth (LinkedIn posts, landing page copy, sales collateral) (Nice-to-Have)
