Lead global IT initiatives related to onboarding, access control, and compliance standardization.
Develop and maintain documentation for user provisioning, access management, and security workflows.
Partner with People Ops to align IT onboarding/offboarding with HR processes.
Support GDPR and Export Control audits through documentation, reporting, and internal reviews.
Manage change-management communication for IT initiatives (system rollouts, migrations).
Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables; ensure cross-department visibility.
Maintain the IT knowledge base and improve process transparency (Confluence, Jira, or similar).
Coordinate policy training, awareness campaigns, and compliance checklists.
Manage IT asset inventory and procurement — track hardware requests, update asset records, and ensure accurate documentation of equipment check-ins and check-outs.
Facilitate quarterly retrospectives and planning sessions to assess process improvements.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in IT project management, operations, or compliance.
Strong organizational and documentation skills; experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Understanding of GDPR and IT access control principles.
Experience collaborating with HR, compliance, and technical teams.
Strong communication skills in both English and German.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a process-driven mindset.
