About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Meta
Manage performance of six-figure monthly digital media budgets
Partner with external agencies on campaign execution, strategy, and reporting
Develop and manage campaign targeting, audience strategies, and keyword portfolios
Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in collaboration with the web team
Implement structured A/B testing programs for creative, messaging, and offers
Monitor campaign performance and deliver regular reporting on ROI and lead quality
Collaborate with analytics and CRM teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution
Identify opportunities to expand into new performance channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
5+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
Experience in financial services
Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads
Experience managing lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion funnels and attribution
Experience working with analytics platforms such as GA4 and marketing dashboards
