About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary contact point between WealthTech platform support teams and Focus advisory teams
  • Respond to advisor inquiries, troubleshoot basic platform issues, and escalate more complex items to senior team members or vendors as needed
  • Provide baseline training to advisors on WealthTech platforms, including navigation, core functionality, and workflows
  • Curate, maintain, and improve training materials to support advisor onboarding and education
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to support platform-related initiatives
  • Coordinate with external vendors to log issues and track resolutions
  • Identify areas of improvement within WealthTech platforms by analyzing feedback and usage trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services, operations, technology support, product support, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Comfort working with technology platforms and learning new systems quickly.
