Key responsibilities & impact

You’ll be singularly focused on driving growth
Prospect and win new clients through outbound outreach, COIs, events, and strategic partnerships
Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of affluent and high-net-worth prospects
Own the full sales cycle—from first meeting through signed agreement
Position FPW’s planning-led, fiduciary value proposition in a competitive marketplace
Partner closely with advisors and specialists to deliver compelling, customized proposals
Seamlessly transition clients to the advisory team post-close

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services or a client-facing role
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong track record of achieving results and driving outcomes
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust across diverse audiences
Persuasive and confident in influencing decisions
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows
Proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar platforms); experience configuring workflows is a bonus
Adaptable team player, comfortable in fast paced, evolving environments with a strategic mindset and commitment to excellence
Continuously refine your approach by sharing market feedback and prospect insight
