About the role

  • Development and implementation of highly available and scalable cloud infrastructures based on AWS
  • Execution of cloud projects and optimization of existing cloud solutions
  • Close collaboration with customers to create customized IT strategies
  • Application of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure efficient and automated processes
  • Mentoring team members and conducting workshops for further training in cloud technologies
  • Active participation in internal and external expert discussions on the integration of the latest trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or alternatively, training in the IT sector
  • AWS is more than just a buzzword for you, and you know what is important when developing scalable services
  • Experience with object-oriented software development and proficiency in several common programming languages (Java, Python, TypeScript, C#, etc.)
  • Enthusiastic about cloud topics and enjoy working in agile teams
  • Experience with DevOps practices including test-driven development and CI/CD
  • Ideally experience with CDK, Lambda, and Docker
  • Good English skills; German skills are an advantage but not required
  • Willingness to live and work in Dubai and to participate in ongoing training programs
