About the role

  • Promote and sustain an agile culture in the teams' day-to-day work
  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective)
  • Work closely with teams and leadership, ensuring smooth communication
  • Use metrics and data to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure transparency, tracking, and visual management of work
  • Proactively remove impediments
  • Maintain constant communication, including under pressure and during frequent changes

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum and practical agile practices
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Fluent Spanish, with frequent use in a work context
  • Fluent or advanced English
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence when required
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
