About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ownership for organic success.
- Further development of our platforms.
- You drive the development of our landing pages and site structures—based on impact, effort, and strategic relevance.
- You design new sections, site structures and content formats (e.g., guides, glossaries, head-to-head comparisons, calculators).
- You work closely with our editorial and design teams to develop content both editorially and visually.
- You analyze user behavior and web data to identify optimization opportunities and implement them selectively.
- You contribute creative ideas to make content more attractive, clearer, and more user-friendly.
- You strategically expand our visibility in classic search (SEO) and in generative AI search systems (GEO).
- You conduct keyword analyses, identify content gaps and open up new potential intentionally.
- You measure SEO and GEO performance, develop hypotheses and test optimizations in a data-driven manner.
- You actively track developments in the search and AI market and ensure that new, useful developments are immediately incorporated into our processes.
- You derive concrete recommendations for action, prioritize by impact and implement them.
- You develop strategic growth paths in organic search and AI-search and scale lead generation across both channels.
- You understand how LLMs cite sources, monitor our presence and derive concrete content measures from this.
- You build AI-supported workflows that make our team faster and better—from research and briefings to publication.
- You work with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI) and automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier) to solve recurring tasks efficiently.
- You develop your own agents and prompt frameworks for recurring tasks such as content audits, keyword clustering or LLM citation checks.
- You design, together with editorial and tech, how content is produced, maintained and delivered so the team has more room for quality, creativity and impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO and/or content.
- Good knowledge of SEO & GEO: you know how AI search works and how to optimize for it.
- Confident use of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and CMS (WordPress).
- AI in everyday work: you use AI tools daily for content, SEO/GEO and creation and use them to augment—rather than replace—your expertise.
- Automation: experience with LLM APIs and workflow tools (Make, Zapier) or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
- Ownership mindset: you take responsibility, prioritize by impact and drive your projects forward with drive and passion.
- You are a team player with open, constructive communication and enjoy exchange and collaboration.
- You want to develop further and are open to new tools, ways of thinking and challenges—we are happy to teach you some skills.
