About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the complete installation of fall protection systems
- Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, secure the work area
- Install fall protection devices and systems
- Manage your team, monitor progress and ensure quality
- Inspect and test systems (pull tests, test reports, as-built documentation)
- Report daily via Alobees and by phone to the site manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years' experience working at height / on roofs / as a rope access technician
- Valid Working at Height certification
- Ability to read plans/drawings and a strong safety focus
- Leadership, clear communication and time-management skills
