About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will work as part of a two-person team (you + one technician) and lead the complete installation of fall protection systems: from interpreting plans to final handover of the site with no outstanding remarks.
Participate in joint site inspection visits / PPSPS (Site-Specific Safety and Protection Plan) and other pre-job meetings.
Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, and securing the work area.
Install fall protection systems (lifelines, guardrails, ladders, etc.).
Manage your team, track progress, and ensure quality.
Inspect & test (pull tests, test reports/certificates, as-built documentation).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Approximately 2 years’ experience working at height / on roofs / as a roofer.
Valid Working at Height certification.
Plan reading skills and a strong safety mindset.
Leadership, clear communication, and time-management skills.
Coordination skills (internal and external stakeholders).
