Lead the complete installation of fall-arrest systems: from interpreting plans to handover of the site without reservations, strictly adhering to our safety standards and site manager deadlines.
Prepare the site: equipment, PPE, and securing the work area.
Install fall protection devices and systems.
Manage your team, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
Inspect and test (pull tests, test reports, DOE/as-built documentation).
Report daily via Alobees and maintain phone contact with the site manager.

Requirements

At least 3 years' experience in working at heights / roofing / rope-access work
Valid Working at Heights certification
Ability to read technical drawings and a strong safety mindset
