About the role
- Lead the full installation of fall protection systems.
- Participate in joint inspection visits / site-specific safety and protection plans (PPSPS).
- Prepare the site: equipment and PPE.
- Install fall protection devices.
- Manage your team, monitor progress, and ensure quality.
Requirements
- Around 2 years' experience in work at height / roofing / as a roofer.
- Valid Work-at-Height authorization/certification.
- Ability to read plans; strong safety awareness.
- Strong coordination skills (internal and external).
- Comfortable with computers.
- Experience with site apps (Alobees or equivalent).
