About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators in FlyUSA’s preferred network
- Work directly with FlyUSA’s Senior Aviation Advisors to understand client needs and source appropriate aircraft options based on trip requirements and market availability
- Negotiate trip pricing and terms with operators
- Assist in finding immediate charter solutions and resolving AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations to support FlyUSA’s Aviation Advisors and Aircraft Owners
- Verify that all operators and aircraft meet FlyUSA’s safety and quality standards
- Keep FlyUSA’s CRM and aircraft operator database accurate and up to date
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction
- Assist in building and managing quotes within the company’s in-house CRM
- Monitor industry trends to provide insights on market pricing and aircraft availability
Requirements
- 1-2 years in aviation, customer service, or logistics; experience with Part 135 operators is a plus
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain strong operator partnerships
- Negotiation experience and the ability to identify commercially viable opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
- Passion for private aviation and a desire to grow with a dynamic company
- Familiarity with operational costs of aircraft and market trends for hourly rates is a plus
