About the role
- Lead global stakeholder and public engagement strategy
- Take ownership of key stakeholder relationships globally
- Design, launch, and manage comprehensive public engagement campaigns
- Develop and execute a proactive global communications and media strategy
- Act as a strategic advisor for crisis communications
Requirements
- 10-15 years of progressive experience, with a heavy emphasis on public affairs, community engagement, and stakeholder management
- BA/BS required; MA/MS/MBA beneficial
- Background in biotechnology, biosecurity, global health (e.g. malaria, dengue), and/or agriculture is highly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Ability to travel throughout the US and internationally
