Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for one or more product/engineering squads, keeping them focused and outcome driven
Act as a servant-leader and coach to build self-organizing, high-performing teams
Identify, track, and remove impediments and dependencies, escalating cross-team blockers
Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized, delivery-ready backlogs
Protect teams from scope creep and distractions while maintaining a sustainable delivery pace
Ensure consistent application of the defined Agile playbook and agreed ways of working
Track and communicate delivery metrics including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and predictability
Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values, Scrum, and Kanban
Manage risks and stakeholder expectations with clear visibility into progress and blockers
Mentor the junior Scrum Master and support the broader agile community of practice
Contribute to scaling Agile ways of working as the organization grows

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in agile delivery as a Scrum Master serving software/product engineering teams
Proven track record of coaching teams to measurable improvements in delivery and quality
Deep practical understanding of Scrum and Kanban
Ability to adapt Agile frameworks to context
Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience working with Product Owners and engineering leads in a modern software environment
Familiarity with CI/CD, cloud, and cross-functional teams
Ability to coach and influence without direct authority at team and leadership levels
Fluent English
Required recognized Scrum Master certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)
