About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse casino game performance, including player engagement metrics, retention rates, and profitability
Create new reports using data analytics tools and techniques
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Provide actionable recommendations and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
Benchmark performance against competitors and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation
Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to support and drive content optimisation strategies
Optimise Flutter UKI's casino games portfolio by recognising trends and analysing customer preferences
Support the Customer Safety Tribe and wider business stakeholders, including global brands

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive analytical experience
Ability to run SQL
Knowledge of commercial performance forecasting
Experience in reporting tools including Excel, Looker, SQL, and Redshift
Understanding of the iGaming industry, preferably casino, including game mechanics, player behaviour, and market dynamics
Strong statistical analysis capabilities and proficiency applying statistical techniques to complex datasets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate complex ideas and findings to collaborators at differing levels
Commercial acumen and ability to identify and pursue opportunities
Ability to sell potential internally
