About the role

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights, tools, and analytics.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-profile projects.
  • Proactively identify and surface Trading insights, issues and trends relating to KPI performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to effectively identify opportunities for growth.
  • Refine and improve ways of working with UKI Trading Teams.
  • Play a key role in building a world-class team by leading hiring and developing talent.
  • Build and strengthen relationships across the UKI Trading Tribe and wider business.
  • Champion a culture of ambition, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the strategy and adoption of AI and advanced analytics.

Requirements

  • A proven analytics leader with 5+ years’ experience delivering complex, high-impact projects end-to-end.
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience (or clear readiness) to manage and develop others.
  • A positive, influential leader who brings energy and empathy.
  • Highly self-driven and action-oriented, with the confidence to take ownership and drive meaningful change.
  • Excellent collaborator and relationship builder, able to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong commercial, industry, and business knowledge, ideally within sports betting, gaming, or a related sector.
  • Deep technical expertise in statistical analysis and data modelling.
  • A forward-thinking, innovative mindset, constantly seeking new ways to improve processes, tools, and analytical approaches.
