About the role

  • Play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business
  • Break down and analyse existing business processes in detail to assess feasibility and redesign for automated solutions
  • Communicate process changes and training requirements to business SMEs and management
  • Design and configure automation solutions using the selected automation platform
  • Set deadlines and assign responsibilities, monitor and summarise progress of projects
  • Perform risk and issue management to minimise project risks and issues
  • Manage sub-project timelines and coordinate development testing with operation and technology partners
  • Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders to identify future opportunities

Requirements

  • Ability to analyse, understand business problems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Access, Outlook, Excel) including macros creation
  • Experience with automation technologies (Uipath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) are very welcome
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Highly adaptive to changes and stressful situations
  • Detail-oriented and thorough and excellent time management skills
