You've sourced servers, GPUs, or storage at volume from OEMs or ODMs.
You've secured allocation during constrained cycles by making your account matter to the supplier.
You read a cost breakdown and know which lines are real and which are padding.
You've managed supplier performance with scorecards that changed behavior, not just recorded it.
Bonus: GPU and accelerator sourcing. ODM direct engagement. Total-cost-of-ownership modeling. Import and trade compliance.
